1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use regulate the use of all services provided by CloudRUX Information Communication Services Industry and Trade Limited Company ("CloudRUX"). By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Description

CloudRUX provides cloud computing services, data center services, backup solutions, virtual server services, and related technical support services. The scope and features of services are determined according to the selected package and contract terms.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Protect your account security and keep your password confidential
• Act in accordance with laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of third parties
• Not misuse or harm the services

4. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content
• Spreading spam, malware, or viruses
• DDoS attacks or network security violations
• Copyright infringement
• Unauthorized access attempts to resources
• Cryptocurrency mining (unauthorized)

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are paid in advance in the periods specified in the contract. In case of late payments, CloudRUX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.

6. Service Level (SLA)

CloudRUX commits that its services will operate at a certain availability rate. Service Level Agreement (SLA) details are specified in the customer contract. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and is not included in SLA calculations.

7. Data Backup and Protection

CloudRUX takes industry-standard measures for data security. However, users are responsible for regular backup of their own data. CloudRUX cannot be held responsible for data loss caused by user error or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

CloudRUX's liability is limited to the limits specified in the service contract. Claims arising from indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss are not accepted. CloudRUX cannot be held responsible in force majeure situations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service by complying with the notice period specified in the contract. In case of violation of terms of use, CloudRUX has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the service. In case of termination, unused service fees are not refunded.

10. Changes

CloudRUX reserves the right to change these terms of use without prior notice. Important changes are notified by email. Continuing to use the services after changes are published means you have accepted the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes.
