How much does business email cost?
Per user per month (excl. VAT): Eko 5 GB $1.19, Pro 10 GB $1.79, Mega 25 GB $2.79, Ultra 50 GB $3.79. Setup and migration of your existing email are free. For email, hosting and backup together, see our SMB packages.
Can I use it with Outlook?
Yes. You can use desktop apps such as Outlook, Thunderbird and Apple Mail over IMAP and SMTP. We send you the setup details.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. You can use the mail apps on iPhone and Android over IMAP and SMTP.
Will my existing email be migrated?
Yes. We migrate the email from your old provider to your new mailboxes; new messages are not lost during the switch.
Who configures DNS?
We prepare the required MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. If you manage your DNS, we send you the steps; if you prefer, we add the records together.
Is there spam protection?
Yes. Incoming email passes through built-in spam and virus filtering.
Where is my email hosted?
Your email is hosted on CloudRUX infrastructure in Turkey.
